(1019-B) Autonomous Pharmaceutical Crystallisation DataFactory

Abstract: This poster presents the integration of Quality by Design and Data-Driven approaches in pharmaceutical crystallisation research through the implementation of the QbDD Workflow and the development of an Autonomous Crystallisation DataFactory. The QbDD Workflow guides experimental efforts for optimised parameter estimation and validation, while the DataFactory automates experiments on the Technobis Crystalline platform, generating large structured datasets for image analysis and machine learning. Combined together, they enhance understanding and optimisation of crystallization processes, paving the way for the establishment of a Crystallisation Parameter Database.
