Abstract: Sample management within the context of the Agriculture industry utilizes many of the same technologies and concepts that are familiar to BioPharma. The automation needs of the Agriculture industry differ significantly due to the nature of the samples as well as the scale of operations. The differences and similarities between BioPharma and Agriculture work will be highlighted with a focus on the unique challenges encountered within Agriculture both in R&D and in sample management.
