Anja Göder received her PhD in 2019 at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany where she investigated the role of class I histone deacetylases in the replication stress response. Following her graduation, she moved to the University of Galway, Ireland for her Postdoc, where she applied genome engineering to identify mutations and pathways that determine the cellular response to CDC7 inhibitors. in 2023, she joined the Screening & Automation Team in the Genome Engineering department at AstraZeneca Gothenburg in Sweden, where she focusses on the implementation of automated and semi-automated workflows for genome engineering experiments.
