Petra is a Senior Scientist in CSL Innovation's Bioanalytical Sciences organization in Marburg/Germany. She joined CSL in 2009 as a Process Specialist in Preclinical R&D. After working for more than 10 years in the field of bioanalytical assay development and characterization of recombinant molecules in biopharmaceutical product development, she has focused the last 5 years on advanced high throughput technologies and automation of analytical workflows.
Petra is passionate about lab automation approaches that combine both physical and digital automation to increase efficiency for accelerated product development.
She is a graduated engineer in Biotechnology (Anhalt University of Applied Sciences).
