Facility Manager

I got a Bachelor's degree in biochemistry. After graduating with a Master’s degree in immunotechnology, I started a PhD at the Functional Genomic Institute, Montpellier, France, in the molecular pharmacology department directed by Dr. Jean-Philippe Pin. During my PhD I had the opportunity to collaborate with CisBio Bioassays, a company specialized in the development of time-resolved FRET-based assays for drug screening. My PhD work was mainly focused on developing time-resolved FRET methods to investigate the quaternary structure of G Protein-Coupled Receptors (GPCRs) at the surface of living cells. During my postdoc, in Pr. Kai Johnsson’s laboratory at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL), Lausanne, Switzerland, I worked on new photosensitive probes in order to track proteins in living cells by photoactivation and PALM (Photoactivated Localization Microscopy) approaches. Currently, I am working on the ARPEGE platform as technical manager. This platform is specialized in molecular interactions analysis using fluorescence-based techniques.
